1.Check all the parts and accessories of UFO LED High bay light;
2.Must cut off the power supply before installation;
3.Make sure the light is fixed tightly to the surface of place for installation ;
4.Connect the power line of light with power supply, then switch on the power.
5.When the UFO highbay light is working, it must be kept vertical downward.
Installation Instruction (Mounting type)
- Install the hook/ in the desired location ( 3-10 mm diameter ) Ensure it has a holding capacity of 16 kg and it secured using the correct fixings as shown in figure A.
- Take the hanger and screw fittings out of the box and install it on the LED body, see figure B1; Take out the chain hoist, then spin out the first link lock nut at one end and hang on the hook , last lock the lock nut as picture shown in figure B1.
4. Cut the 3 core wire to the suitable length and terminate using suitable connectors . Brown (L) , Blue wire (N) and "yellow green line earth terminal (E ). Use if installed exposed to the weather use waterproof junction box IP65 for terminations.( Customer is responsible for match the terminal and waterproof connector ) as shown in figure B3 ; secure the cable to the chain with suitable cable ties as shown in figure C4.
Transportation & Storage:
- During transportation, severe mechanical impact should be avoided. The fixture should not be placed upside down. Do not throw ,roll or subject it to high compression.
- Storage warehouse should be dry, clean and dry, Ambient temperature should be around 0-40ºC Keep away from fire, corrosive chemicals and heat sources.
Open Package and Inspection:
- Before you open the package, check for any visible damage to the carton. After opening the carton, please check the enclosed technical data sheet such as User Manual etc. and confirm all the accessories are in good condition.
Do's and Don'ts:
- Read the Instruction carefully before using the product.
- Before installation, make sure the fixture and all accessory are perfect condition without damage.
- Before installation ensure the power is disconnected do not work live.
- Handle with care and make sure wiring is correct and installed in accordance with local legislation.
- To assure LED module lifespan refer to supplier for replacement parts availability.
- Check the earth continuity back to the supply before and after installation.
- Do not attempt repair, it must be returned to authorized supplier
- After installation, ensure all mechanical and electrical connections are tight and secure.
Common faults and solution
If the fixture doesn't work, whether the power supply is connected and the switch is turned on.
If the fixture flicks on and off, check whether the power supply connections are not loose

|Other high bay lights on the market was badly assembled with poor design, cheap driver & LEDs||1.Black body to the fitting, known as the radiator, is poorly conceived for Australian sheds and conditions when high bay lighting is located under a metal roof.At some temperature point this fitting will start absorbing heat not realeasing it. 2.Driver attatched to radiator by plastic wire tie only. 3.Heat shrink-wrap to cable connecting driver to circle board.||1. Driver is only rated for ambient temperature Ta 50ºC. This driver will cook and prematurelly fail when located under a metal roof during hot summer weather where the temperature in this space will exceed 65ºC. 2. Driver under rated at 90-270VAC. Insist on a driver rated up to 277VAC due to step down transformer regulation. 3.Driver 150W and circuit board 180W are incorrectly matched and will result in the driver working too hard and failing.||1.Over-crowding cheap LEDs on a circuit board to increase lumen output will lead to poor thermal performance. LEDs located at the center of the circuit board will fall early due to less heat transfer away than those at the parimeter. |
